Little update from HONEY

To help keep our prices as affordable as possible, we will no longer be offering Eftpos payments in the studio.

Online booking deposits will no longer be processed through PayPal due to increasing processing fees.

Bookings will still be made online as normal. Once accepted, you will receive a text with our bank details to pay your deposit via online bank transfer instead.

Deposits must be made within 1 hour of your online booking. Please send through a screenshot of the payment once completed. If payment is not received within this timeframe, the appointment will automatically be cancelled and released back to our booking system.

We appreciate everyone’s understanding and support. Like many small businesses and households at the moment, we are doing our best to keep costs down as much as possible.

We truly appreciate the support from our HONEY village, we wouldn’t be here without you all.

Tandia & Elle, two experienced nail technicians with 4 and 12 years of experience, built Honey on a foundation of trust, respect, and a shared vision—to create more than just a salon. They wanted a space where every client feels at home, cared for, and truly considered.   • Ensure safe and gentle nail removal with our professional services. We offer acrylic removal, BIAB removal, and gel removal (excluding BIAB) to maintain nail health and prevent damage.

Let’s get into the nitty-gritty *

  • By booking an appointment, you are acknowledging and accepting our policies.

    We reserve the right to reject or cancel a service for any reason, for example: frequent lateness, cancellations or failure to comply with our policies.

    Our nail salon prices are final, and are listed upon booking.

  • You absolutely must reschedule your appointment if you are unwell. Please refer to the cancellations terms and conditions.

  • Please let us know if you are going to be late, we can usually allow for a few minutes. If you are more than 10 minutes late, this will mean (at our discretion) your appointment will be either:

    • A plain manicure (ie. miss out on art, though you will still be charged for the missed art)

    • cancelled and you will be charged a fee of 100% of the cost for the service booked.

  • You can cancel up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment and any deposit will be refunded.

  • If you do not show up to your appointment, you will be charged a fee of 100% of the cost for the service booked.

    In all instances, failure to pay the applicable fee will mean we are unable to provide any further services to you.

  • Honey is not responsible for loss/stolen vouchers, and is not responsible for replacing a lost/stolen voucher.

    Gift vouchers are non-refundable and con not be exchange for cash.

    Honey Gift vouchers do not expire unless specified otherwise.
